The hotel's location in the bustling city center made it convenient to explore all the attractions. Central station and China Town were just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The bathroom had a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries.

The breakfast options were limited and not included in the room rate.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great little kitchenette and a big TV. The shower was nice as well. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to key attractions and easily accessible via buses and trains. Another advantage was the pleasant and informative staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a few negatives. The street noise could be heard even from the higher floors, which disrupted my sleep at times.

The hotel offers great customer service and communication. They went above and beyond during a fire alarm, providing late check-out and complimentary coffee. The cleaning service is professional and kind. The location is convenient, with a good amount of nearby cafes.

I was delighted with the amazing location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of the Mardi Gras parade, the harbour bridge, and the opera house. The staff at the hotel were also helpful, especially when we realized that there was no bed prepared for our child. Despite our late check-in, they promptly addressed the issue and made sure our child had a comfortable place to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was nicely appointed with good space and very clean and neat. Although the view from my room wasn't great, it was still comfortable for my overnight stay. The staff were very helpful in giving me directions to a good place to eat nearby. The hotel's fantastic location near Hyde Park and public transport made it easy for me to explore the city on foot or by train.
